The vanilla suede scent is warm without being sugary, and it actually lasts the full refill instead of fading after a week like my old ones did. Fade Defy seems to be doing its job since I still catch it in the entryway a month in.

I plugged this into the hallway outlet and the whole entryway smells like a soft, almost powdery vanilla instead of the wet dog smell that usually lingers there. The Fade Defy tech seems legit too, since it's still going strong a few weeks in rather than fading out after a week like my last one.
